At Metalogical, we keep it old school. By old school we don't mean 1980 -- we mean 1890. That’s because with the exception of a few power tools, our metal shop hasn't changed that much from what you might have seen a few hundred years ago. Learn more about our methods here.

Artist blacksmith Chris Alexander founded Metalogical in 2008, a few years after he discovered blacksmithing and its ability to unleash the potential of metal. Although he received formal training as an architectural blacksmith, Chris found he enjoyed working on small scale projects. Today his buckles and jewelry are worn by people all over the world.
